Mesh cloth is glass fiber woven with medium alkali or alkali free glass fiber yarn and coated with alkali resistant polymer lotion. Due to the special material properties of mesh cloth, it is stronger and more durable than ordinary cloth because of its high strength and good alkali resistance. There are four main functions:
1. One of the main functions of mesh cloth is to be installed on the interior and exterior walls of buildings to achieve insulation. If installed on the exterior walls, it can prevent adverse weather conditions, withstand wind, rain, and sunlight, and has the characteristic of crack resistance.
2. Grid cloth is based on medium alkali or alkali free glass fiber woven fabric, treated with alkali resistant coating. This product has high strength and good alkali resistance, and plays an important structural role in insulation systems, mainly preventing the occurrence of cracks.
3. Due to the excellent resistance to acid, alkali and other chemical substances, as well as the high tensile strength in the longitudinal and transverse directions, the grid cloth can evenly distribute the stress on the external wall insulation system.
4. Grid cloth can avoid the deformation of the entire insulation structure caused by external impact collision and compression, giving the insulation layer high impact strength and easy construction and quality control. It plays the role of "soft steel bar" in the insulation system.
